Booked my car for full service and as a result came back with few diagnostic reports. Being strapped for cash, I split some of the required jobs and delayed the most costly one. They were understanding and not pushy.Even more, they go above and beyond. They went through my service record and found out that the part needed for the costly repair was just slightly over its warranty period (I myself won't have a clue about this thing!). They took the initiative to contact the manufacturer and organize parts replacement successfully - at no cost at all. So elated when the team rang me to deliver this good news. So no more overdue task! It gave me peace of mind when I drive my car around now, especially that the 'supposedly-costly-turn-free' diagnostic solved a long term problem which showed intermittently with my car.Although 'warranty or free' scenario might not happen often, but the essence is I am truly appreciative for their thoroughness, proactivity and individual consideration.Thank you Peter and Autobahn Kwinana team!

Extremely happy with my experience here, especially the customer service from Peter all the way through the 3 days they had my car.My car broke down and they were happy to receive my towed car and were able to look at it the same day. Very impressed. While they were investigating the extent of damage, Peter was in constant contact and happy to explain things in detail.Unfortunately they found too many significant problems to justify the cost of repair, but Peter helped me figure out a tow truck and a lift home with a very friendly worker. Recommended.

Took my Mazda 3 here after driving through a deep puddle which drowned my motor and the guys at Autobahn diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. They then called me before undertaking any work not authorised by myself and gave me a full run down on what was needed to repair my motor. Unfortunately for me and my poor little car to be fixed would have cost upwards of 5k to replace my motor. So if your after great service at a more than competitive price you can't go wrong choosing Autobahn Kwinana as they were fantastic.

Respect these guys honesty took my van in for a service and before they even touched it they inspected it and informed that there is some.major work needed and asked if I wanted to go ahead or not. Didn't go ahead with the repairs but they still vacuumed and gave me jelly beans free of charge. Will recommend to others and bring my next vehicle here .

Owner Peter has always answered phone with politeness. He spoke with knowledge, He listened to what I wanted done.Follow up after first initial work was excellent. I'd be checking your pricing, called up for a quote, was told $603 for a 30k serviceCalled ultra tune in rockingham and was quoted $350. I then called the manufacturer out of curiosity and was quoted $561!!!!I dont know if you didn't want to do the job or your just greedy.

I went to get a full service on my car. I wasn't expecting it to be so cheap with great customer service. speak with Peter! he gave me a run down on what else needs to be done to my car within detail at no extra cost. he went above and beyond the car service to help me get a better understanding of my car.

Peter and the shop really know their business. Very honest and all work completed on time and on budget. Any extra work was confirmed with myself prior to starting, which is great. Peter and the crew also identified potential future faults and ran through diagnosis and solutions - but were not pushy. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. You can see why they get so many great reviews. I will be back!
