Autobahn Mechanical and Electrical Services Cockburn

Been here each time for a service and every time I take it in they always recommend additional work totalling over $800 when I clearly don't need done. 2 weeks ago I got my brakes done and they reported 30% wear... 2 weeks, when I'm only in the car ~4 hours a week, yeah OK... They also each time have recommended a wheel balance and rotation.I had balance and rotation work done 2 weeks ago when I got the brakes done by another company down the road and can show you an invoice.I also told you that sitckers are a big no no on my vehicle. I hate them, they look tacky. Yet you continue to sticker my car. You wouldn't appreciate it if I came and stickered your office windows so why do it to your customers. Maybe you need to ask your customers before taking it upon yourselves to sticker other peoples property.

James and Andrew provide some of the best customer service I have ever come across when working with mechanics. Highly recommend, they pride themselves on their customer service and it most definitely shows. Will be recommending them to all friends and family :)

Great first impression with the lads at Autobahn Cockburn today. Jeep had an issue on the way to work, stopped in and the guys said they'd take a look that day, even without prior notice. Was able to jump on the train to work right next door which was super convenient.Called me back early afternoon to advise the car was ready, they'd run a diagnostic, ran a few tests relating to the error message and no major issues found, just a simple reset... an issue with the sensor or something. Fast and convenient service all round and accommodating of the last minute drop off too. Because nothing needed to actually be repaired, there was no charge even for the time spent on the diagnostic, which was unexpected and rare these days!!Definitely be taking the car in for the next service. Cheers lads, much appreciated.

Excellent customer service from a helpful team. I was struggling to install my new plate number since the holes on the plate do not line up with the existing ones on the car. I've reached out to several of other mechanics, but none of them were able to help or offer the service. The Autobahn manager immediately recognised the issue and knew how to resolve it. He offered assistance willingly and even called an auto parts store for me to check the availability of a part that was needed to be purchased (before putting the plates on). I am ecstatic to finally get my new licence plates installed after going through a series of stressful events (from my prior visits with other mechanics) and am completely delighted with their customer service. I greatly appreciate it.

The Autobahn team at Cockburn is just super gorgeous!.Fantastic customer service!. A+++Completely trustworthy!.They won't take advantage of the customers (like, I'm afraid, many others do!), and will purely advise you about repairs that are truly needed.They were kind enough to drop me home after dropping my car and later picked me up once the repairs were completed. It was a relief for me since it was still school holidays, and I needed my special needs child to tag along.They were so very gentle and kind with my son!, which parents like me so very very much appreciate.Many that's for being so very lovely guys!!!!.Cristina Xxx

Wonderful experience. Took my car in to have the demister looked at. James got it working for me and quotes for a replacement - all free of charge! James was more than happy to provide advice on the sale of my car. I would absolutely recommend AutoBahn Jandakot.

I called Auto Bahn after getting a nail stuck in my tyre just before I needed to pick my daughter up from school. I spoke to Callum who told me to come straight in and he assured me he could do it on the spot for me so I could get back to the school in time. I went straight there and was able to sit with my other 2 children in the cool while they fixed it on the spot for me. It was so quick and stress free. Callum was so lovely, genuine and reliable. I’ll definitely be using his services in the future. I definitely recommend. Thank you!

We took our car here to get serviced and they were able to get it in the next day right before a long weekend. Excellent job, excellent communication and very competitive. The guy who served us was very well-mannered and helpful. We will 100% use again.

This place has integrity! Took my car in to have a noise checked out…turned out to be a wheel bearing. James, the store manager was really professional and told me straight up it was an expensive fix for them as my car had press fitted bearings, and the tools needed weren’t available at their shop. He quoted me, but also advised me to shop around for a deal. This approach was refreshing to witness. A mechanic who tells you the facts and doesn’t pressure you into a sale. Amazing! And I wasn’t even charged to have my car assessed for the noise. The integrity of this shop means I’ll be coming back for a service or any new issues I encounter in the future. Thanks James, you’re a legend!

I got a flat battery when going to fill up my car next door at the servo. I have Roadside Assistance- they were quoting more than two hours wait time. The clerk at the servo said to ask the guys at Autobahn for assistance. I went in and told the guy at the counter and his apprentice was already onto getting the charger before I'd finished speaking and they followed me out. Helped push the car out from the bowser and got the car started immediately. Restored my faith in humanity and was shocked how FRIENDLY AND GENUINE both guys were and did not make me feel like a hassle to them. Even showed me how to release the gear from P to N when locked. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! :))
