Our car started having troubles right before a big road trip and Autobahn was able to get our car in and fixed super quickly. They did a great job and were extremely helpful. It was a big fix and Rob was extremely helpful, kind and patient with us and took the time and care to answer all our questions. Very honest mechanics for sure! I used Autobahn Spearwood for the first time as I recently relocated for work. They were amazing. The service was impeccable, the communication clear and the work provided top shelf. As a woman you often feel out of your depth dealing with mechanics but these guys went out of their way to clearly explain exactly what they were doing and delivered to the T. I couldn't be happier and will highly recommend Autobahn Spearwood to all my friends and family. Oh and their prices are amazing! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I gave Auto Bahn Spearwood a call in the morning to see if they could fix a punctured tire in my car, as it was close to where I live. Without any hesitation the guy I spoke to said to bring it in and they'll sought it out. Not only did they repair it in 5 minutes when I brought it in, they did it free of charge. I even offered to pay for it or a donation at least but he said not to worry. I am new to the area, so when my car is due for a service I will definitely be going there. Great service! Thank you.

My car had an electrical problem and suddenly one of the indicator lights went off. They were able to book me in after a short notice. Rob was very nice as he explained everything clearly. I haven't had very positive experiences with mechanics in the past so I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by Autobahn Spearwood. Even from my first phone call inquiry about a service for my older car, they were genuine and transparent. They were completely understanding of my financial constraints and there was 0 judgement around the condition of my car (that hadn't been properly serviced in a while). They offered me a fixed rate service and provided a safety report that they advised I could work through over time as my finances allowed. This kind of transparency and understanding was so appreciated by me and I never felt for a second like I was being ripped off or scammed (which has been my previous experience with mechanics unfortunately). They also were able to book me in for a service the next day after I called the afternoon before! I dropped off my car at 8am and it was ready for collection before midday. If you live in Freo like I do, its a great location as there is a bus stop right outside the shop that took me straight to my house and back. Would highly recommend Autobahn Spearwood, especially to younger woman like myself who may not always feel comfortable and trusting of mechanics, and I will certainly be returning again and again over time to work through the safety report and for my next service! I work as a Sales Executive and have a background in customer service. Nick and the team at Autobahn Spearwood were amazing! The day before I had a bolt puncture my tire, the next morning the same thing happened to my partners car! I called Autobahn Spearwood and spoke to Nick. He told me to bring both cars down and he will fix the tires straight away. Within 15 minutes both tires were repaired for free and I was on my way. Thanks to their friendly and very efficient service, they have created a customer out of me. I will be returning to get my car serviced by them, and any other issues seen to. Good customer service is often lacking these days, but this is a GREAT example of how someone saw an opportunity, provided good service and will now generate more revenue for the business. Received great service from the guys at autobahn spearwood. I dropped in from the street as a first time customer, with concerns about my car.. e.g oil light remained on etc. My car was attended to in a prompt and efficient manner. I was made to feel very welcome.Also requested a full service which I had previously delayed for sometime. Other issues relating to car were detected, and was contacted for approval to proceed with the work.I highly recommend AutoBahn Spearwood for car service, a touch of 'good old fashioned service, with experienced mechanics.Its a 5 Star rating from me. I will be back.
